Today it's been over 15 business days and I keep getting the same message as everyone else here has apparently been getting.What I want to know is, how can you say that according to your Terms and Rules, etc. redemptions MAY take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, yet, most of the people on HERE have been waiting for way longer than that! As per your own T&C, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION!
